Verizon Wireless has just launched the new cell phone Motorola V750. The silver flip phone offers a durable design and is the first Verizon device to operate on the carrier’s EV-DO Rev.

This ruggedized cell phone meets military specifications to resist shock, vibration, solar radiation, dust, and moisture. The V750 is also slim and stylish, clad in black and red with silver accents.

The Motorola V750 features external music controls, full Bluetooth with a stereo profile, support for the carrier’s V Cast video and V Cast Music with Rhapsody services, and a 2.5mm headset jack.

The V750 is heavy on the features, as well, with a 2 megapixel camera, a microSD card slot, and dedicated music playback buttons on the outside. The 1.6″ external color display offers a view into your music, while the 2.2″ QVGA internal display should offer a pleasant overall user interface experience.

It also features a wireless Web browser, instant messaging, messaging, push-to-talk capability and support for the VZ Navigator GPS service.

Motorola’s latest mid-range slider, the ZN200, has shown its face on the FCC’s pages recently.

This handset sporting such specs as a 2 megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom and video recording capability, Bluetooth, 2.5mm audio jack, microSD card slot, media player and built in FM radio. unlike the 5 megapixel Kodak shooter lavished on the MotoZINE ZN5, however a 2 megapixel camera will still take the images a user needs.

The ZN200 only brings dual-band GSM (850/1900MHz) to the table, however, which hints towards at either T-Mobile or AT&T Mobility here in the U.S. as possible carriers.

Unfortunately that’s about it spec wise as no other specs were mentioned about the MoroZINE ZN200 apart from the slight references to possible multiple audio and video formats, but as multimedia recording and playback was expected anyway on the ZN200 it’s not that much of a surprise to see mention of video/audio support.

Motorola’s new Linux-based A810 smartphone which is not yet been officially announced, but breezed through the FCC recently looks really nice.

If you see through the documentation, you can see that the A810 is very roughly around 100 x 50 x 13mm in size with what appears to be a 2.2″ or maybe 2.4″ QVGA display.

This full-touchscreen handset features a minimum of hardware buttons, instead relying on the touchscreen for navigation - a stylus is included.

The front of the Motorola A810 is very uncluttered, with just a 5 way navigation joystick and a Call and End key. There is a volume control on one side of the phone and a camera key and screenlock slider key on the other side.

The Motorola A810 sports a 2 megapixel camera without a flash. There is a microSD card slot beneath the battery for expanded memory, and a standard 3.5mm audio jack will make music listening convenient. An FM radio is also on board, as well as Bluetooth support.

The Motorola A810 is running on Linux-based operating system. The touchscreen is operated using a stylus, features on-screen QWERTY keyboard and numeric keypad.

One drawback is that the Motorola A810 doesn’t support WiFi or 3G. We think at least one of those would be essential in a phone capable of rich multimedia playback.

Motorola Launched today a new M990 Smart Rider phone. Strange as it is to believe, Motorola have developed a fixed carphone. This device is specifically designed to be installed in a car. It spotted in an FCC approval document, is described as a “GSM high tier fixed mobile car phone” and is a quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE handset with integrated GPS and Bluetooth.

The FCC documentation describes it as “targeted to a broad band of markets looking for exclusivity like business men, limousines and private cars looking for stylish communication and navigation solution”, which seems a pretty unusual and old-fashioned brief.

The Moto M990 is a strange looking device, has a wide 2.8-inch colored display screen that has the resolution of 320×240 pixels.

The device comes with full GPS navigation system. The navigation system has integrated traffic reports and features real-time rerouting. Moto M990 is a car phone with the dimensions of 137×85mm and weight of 400 grams.

It also features an advanced voice recognition system that can be used for dialling calls or handset control, Bluetooth, an email client, web browser and quad-band GSM with GPRS and EDGE data support.

The M990 itself connects to all the other components via an “Octopus Cable”. This means that the M990 will usually require a professional installation. The handset itself can be unplugged from the cable, so it can be removed from the car or truck when not in use.

Last few days, Motorola has introduce their two new W series GSM handphones at the 2008 International Consumer Electronics Show, Motorola W230 and W270. These 2 handsets offer easy-to-user music capabilities, expandable memory with optional microSD card, clear audio in noisy environments and a simplified interface for text messaging.

Almost identical in terms of features to the Motorola W270 clamshell, the Motorola W230 is a very lightweight but basic phone with surprisingly good music playback capabilities.

A dedicated music key activates an integrated digital audio player which supports MP3 and other popular formats. You can store all the favorite songs using it’s optional microSD removable memory cards up to 2GB.

The W230 also come with FM radio with integrated Radio Data System(RDS). RDS allows to display artist, title and type of song playing on the radio.

Unfortunately, there is no camera and the screen is a very basic 128 x 128 pixel CSTN panel. The W230 lacks Bluetooth too. However, the phone weighs in at only 80 grams.

W230 offer Motorola CrystalTalk™ technology that helps reduce background noise. It has 9 hours maximum talktime. Besides, it has capacity to store up to text messages and phone contacts, and one click access to create text messages and the ability to access the Web.

Motorola describe the colour combinations as “licorice outlined in lustrous silver and dark titanium gray bordered in mandarin” - i.e. silver and orange. No pricing details have been given, but this is likely to be a very inexpensive device. Motorola say that the W270 should be available during Q1 2008.

For more details in specifications, please refer here.

The Motorola MOTORIZR Z6tv for Verizon is an excellent voice phone with eight channels of major network television. Now you have all the entertainment you want right at your fingertips in an iconic slider design. V CAST TV, Music, and Video capabilities are just the beginning

This is the third phone with Verizon’s TV service, but it’s the first with an internal antenna. The previous television phones, the Samsung SCH-U620 and the LG VX9400 had giant, pop-out TV antennas.

With the new MOTORIZR Z6tv, Motorola’s first U.S. phone to include V CAST Mobile TV, the revolution is not only televised but it’s in real time.

The Z6tv retains the same sturdy slider design as former Z6 models and keeps its V CAST music and video download services intact. It’s looks classic with it’s sleek finish. It’s still light and slim enough to fit into a pocket, and the firm keys offer that cool blue Motorola glow that gives the Z6tv a modern edge.

It’s also loaded with a 2.0 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth® Stereo Support for Listening to Music, and VZ Navigatorsm capable via Get It Now®. The MOTORIZR features including:

2.0 Megapixel Camera with Autofocus & Flash

External Touch Keys for Camera, Music, and Voice Activated Dialing

microSD™ Memory Port

V Cast TV

V CAST Music

V CAST Video

Text, Picture & Video Messaging

LBS Capable via Get It Now: Location Management, VZ Navigator, Chaperone Parent and Chaperone Child Capable

Mobile IM, Email, Voice Mail & Chat

Mobile Web 2.0

Integrated speakerphone

Calculator, Calendar, Alarm Clock, World Clock, Notepad, and Voice Commands

This is new stylish handset from Motorola, named Motorola U3. Stylish, great color, smooth lines curved to the max, all these features should make the phone stand out. The new color makes it’s large sizes even more obvious than ever before.

The Motorola U3 is very similar to the PEBL U6. At 87.5 x 49 x 22.2 mm, the clamshell looks bulky. Weighing 105 grams, the U3 is nothing out of the ordinary and will still make this mobile phone comfortable to use.

In fact, Motorola U3’s specifications reveal a really low-end device. It comes with a 0.3 mega pixels VGA resolution camera, and 128×160 display screen. There is no memory slot and it is a GSM phone with GPRS and EDGE data. It looks terrible, but that’s the price that beauty has to pay.

The U3 will be available in two color versions: combination of black and red, called “Licorice” and in all-Pink, called “Rose”.

Motorola announced the imminent launch of the RAZR 2 V9m on Alltel, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular and Verizon Wireless, all within the next few weeks. Sprint will launch its variant on August 22, while Verizon’s has just promising to launch the new model of Motorola in coming September.

Verizon Wireless is the first carrier to announce its betting on the RAZR 2 V9m. The company said its flavor of RAZR 2 will hit stores in September for $299 after a $50 rebate and with a 2-year contract. Expect similar announcements soon from the other three big carriers.

RAZR 2 V9m is sleeker and better made than its predecessor with a shiny stainless steel shell and full glass displays. It sports a huge external display which is same size as the internal display, 2 megapixel camera, 3G data speed access, GPS, 2 gigabytes of onboard memory and a range of messaging options.

You can do a lot of functions right from the outside of the handset without having to open it. There are three touch-sensitive buttons on the bottom of the external screen that vibrate when hit.

RAZR 2 V9m also offers Motorola’s CrystalTalk technology. Both carriers will also include access to their respective online music and content services. It also has some touch screen buttons on the outside with some vibration feedback to boot.

The handset is beautiful. It is one of the most fashionable devices out there, with its solid construction and luxury feel. It feels heavier than the original RAZR. It doesn’t have the familar “hump” at the bottom of the phone so there is more room for buttons, including a direct web button.

You can read the Press release by Motorola here.

The KRZR K3 has a 2 megapixel primary camera and an extra secondary camera for video calling. It is in light blue color and has bigger external QVGA display than its predecessor (240×320 pixels). The K3’s size and weight are anticipated to be pretty much the same as the K1.

There is no information about this phones, but the images just show it is 3G-capable devices, as they feature a front-facing camera for video calling. Being part of the “Feature phones”, though, we are expecting it to run on Motorola’s JUIX (Java + Linux) operating system.

We will definitely see the official announcements next month at 3GSM 2007. So, we just wait for it’s launching later.

By making the Motorola KRZR longer and thicker, Motolora wish to break away the new line of model from the RAZR family. Based on the GSM MOTOKRZR K1, the two MOTOKRZR K1m variants aim to bring the new KRZR styling to the world’s major CDMA markets. The new CDMA K1m is almost looks identical with GSM MotoKRZR K1 but they do differ on issues like cameras, battery life and some other features.

The K1m is differ according to places. For example, the K1m for the Americas gets a 1.3 megapixel camera instead of the 2 megapixel camera found in the Asian K1m and the GSM K1. Both versions will include touch sensitive music control buttons on the outer surface. For Asia version, the K1M includes exclusive upgrades like a high-resolution 320×240 pixel display and a larger battery. As such, the phone weighs a few grams more than the K1 and the Americas K1m. In spite of the larger battery, the K1m for Asia still has a shorter battery life than the Americas version - even though it lacks the EV-DO 3G support found on the K1m for the Americas.
