For all the common activities like saving a contact, editing, setting alarm etc; U have to press a number of buttons. GPRS never worked proprly (but the same SIM is working smoothly in other brands). USB connection never worked. Two times the phone developed trouble related to it's software. Now it is completely dead and according to the service centres the PCB to be replaced to a cost of around Rs.3000 (for which I can purchase a new with more facilities).
