Nokia 7310 SuperNova

Nokia 7310 Supernova

Nokia’s unannounced 7310 Supernova candy bar handset has surfaced in retail shops in Taiwan and Hong Kong recently. This attractive looking fashion phone forms part of a rumored trio of handsets including the 7510 clamshell and 7610 slider phone.

This is a lightweight GSM only device weighing 83 grams and measuring 106.5 x 45.4 x 11.95mm. There’s a 2″ 240 x 320 pixel display in 16.7 million colours, and the handset runs the familiar Series 40 interface.

The Nokia 7310 is using the S40 user interface, it does not support 3G or HSDPA. The Nokia 7310 SuperNova, will have a 2 megapixel camera at its back, with a video capture resolution of just 176 x 144 pixels at 15 fps.

Besides, It features a music player, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and support EDGE/GPRS data connection. Internal memory is 20GB, expandable using microSD cards up to 4GB. So the 7310 Supernova’s camera is not great, but probably good enough for most users.

The LCD screen is crafted with mirror effect, definitely an essential tool for ladies. Alternatively, the built in FM Radio receiver will fill up your entertainment needs on the road.

The 860mAh battery gives the 7310 up to 4 hours talktime and 12 days standby time. It uses a pretty standard AC-3X charger, and there’s also a stereo wired headset in the box.

This model is now available in pink and blue colors, with intricate designs in the casing.
