Do you have any suggestion or wisdon as to how Samsung encourages us to upload these beautiful pictures into an HP Computer via USB? What is the method? Thank you

I left my feedback on my garbage SGH-C417? Why not tell folks that Samsung let me down and my phone Does Not operate as promised? All Samsung and retailers want is into our pockets! Why won’t this phone simply upload my pictures onto my HP via my USB cable (SAMSUNG’s DATA USB CABLE TOO)? Also, Why does my phone lock up when I get calls? I am a retired Marine MGySGT and a Professional Engineer. Why won’t Samsung simply stand behind their product? Can you help me simply get all these images onto my PC? MGySGt. R. Anders (100% Disabled and retired Marine & Professional Electrical Engineer)Will you simply delete this too?

I have had my Cell (Samsung SGH-C417)fo a few months. I will say it takes nice pictures, but after I spent my MONEY to buy the data usb transfer cable….all I get is garbage and people wanting to sell me more stuff that does not work? I get calls on my phone and then my phone locks up and will not answer? I have to power down every time……
I have to power down and power back up to call the party back instead of answering. I am still trying to get an answer on simply uploading my pictures onto my HP as I was tols I could do? I DO NOT recommend this SAMSUNG Cell!
I am a Professional Electrical Engineer and DO NOT recommend this SAMSUNG SGH-C417 Cell Phoney!
