You are never off the phone to the helpdesk to ask the most fundemental things - such as how to operate the speakerphone-- not a word about it in the booklet! Alledgedly this phone has tons of features but you would never know by reading the booklet! admitedly a few of them you can stumble upon by accident while playing about with it! most annoying thing is, the people at the helpdask obviously have far more comprehensive instructions so why arent they available ( even online) to us? u800? dont bother unless you just want it as an ornament! cant recomend this phone due to its incredibly limited instruction book ( about 24 pages long, my old moto V3 had over 200!)
